Michael Richburg, founder and owner of Investigative Services of Maryland LLC, was drawn to the law enforcement and investigation field directly out of high school. He studied Pre - Law at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland and then later served in the United States Air Force as a Security Specialist. After being honorably discharged, Mr. Richburg started working for the Baltimore City Public School System as a School Police Officer. For twenty - two years, Mr.Richburg was proven to be the consummate professional who genuinely cared about the safety of the students and employees from
the Baltimore City Public Schools. After dedicating his services to the public school system, Mr. Richburg transferred to the Baltimore City Police Department where he retired as a Sergeant in the patrol division.
